Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of your products from Stylistic Steel Limited online store, you may return the product to us for a full refund.

For Sales and Returns Support please telephone: + 44 1761 433921, or email sales@stylisticsteel.com including your Sales order reference number, Name, Address, Contact Details and detailing the reason you wish to return the item.

Items returned but must be uninstalled and undamaged.

Returns Policy is Valid for 30 Days from the date of Purchase.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders

Stylistic Steel Limited are not liable for Postage costs should you wish to return an unwanted item that is not faulty.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any issues with the condition of any item you receive. We will then start the authorisation of return process.

Please note any returns over 30 days will incur a 25% re-stocking fee that will be applied based on the value of the returned items.

NOTE: Your tracking number should be emailed to us once sent. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel an order please ensure that you contact us immediately as dispatch will normally be either same day or next day, there will be no charges made if cancellation is received before the item(s) leaves us, should the item have already left, you will be offered a full refund less the Postage costs incurred to return to us.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
